混合所有制企业社会责任与技术创新关系研究——基于“瀚蓝环境”的案例解析

摘　　要：党的十八届三中全会提出了"积极发展混合所有制经济"的国企改革新方向,推动国有企业完善现代企业制度,拉开了新一轮国企混合所有制改革的序幕。基于利益相关者理论构建企业社会责任框架,以瀚蓝环境为例,研究混合所有制企业社会责任与技术创新之间的关系。研究发现,国企混合所有制改革过程中企业社会责任与技术创新相互影响、协同发展。The third plenary session of the 18 th central committee of the communist party of China（CPC） proposed a new direction for the reform of state-owned enterprises, which is to ＂actively develop the mixed ownership economy＂, improved the modern enterprise system for state-owned enterprises,kicked off a new round of mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises. This paper constructed enterprise social responsibility framework based on stakeholder theory, took Grandblue environment as an example to study the relationship between social responsibility and technological innovation of mixed ownership enterprises. It is found that the enterprises social responsibility and technological innovation influenced each other and developed together during the reform of mixed ownership of state-owned enterprises.
