摘  要:具有复杂形状的汽车零部件的位置关系要求满足装配需求。这些零部件大多通过冲压直接成型,切边凸凹不平,通过三坐标进行检测费时费力,难以适应大规模生产检测的需要。本文采用综合量规对汽车零部件进行检测,提高了检测精度和检测速度。Many parts with complex shape are used in automobiles,and the positional relationships among the components of a vehicle need to meet the assembly requirements. Most of these complex shape parts with uneven cutting edges are directly formed by stamping. They are measured by three-coordinate measuring machine,which is time-consuming and laborious,and it is difficult to adapt to the mass production detection. The comprehensive gauges well suit to the actual demand inspection of automobile parts and improve the detection accuracy and speed.
