摘 要:2014年以来,职业教育获得社会更多重视,迎来了它的春天,但与传统高等教育相比,社会的认同度依然不高,民办职业教育尤为如此。如何利用举办者的特有优势及民办职业院校自身长处,探索一条适合自己的专业建设之路,让专业获得社会认可,学校获得社会认同。笔者以四川长江职业学院为例,分析其通过"川港特色中心"的八个资源整合平台进行专业建设,在人才培养模式改革、课程改革、师资队伍建设、实践教学条件改善等方面的一些做法,提出"开放式"专业建设的一些思考,探索民办高职教育专业建设之路。Since 2014, vocational education has received more attention from the society and welcomed its prosperity. However,compared with traditional higher education, its social recognition is still not high, especially for private vocational colleges. Therefore,it attaches great importance to exploring a suitable path for their specialty construction so that their majors can be recognized by the society and the schools can be recognized by the society, by the application of the unique advantages of the organizers and private vocational colleges. Taking Sichuan Changjiang vocational college as an example, the paper analyzes its specialty construction through eight resources integration platforms. In addition, based on the experience of talent cultivating mode reform, curriculum reform, the teaching staff construction, and the improvement of practical teaching conditions and practices, it puts forward some thinking on "open" specialty construction, and explores the way of specialty construction in private vocational colleges.
