摘 要:现代高科技条件下的局部战争对雷达功能、性能提出了更高的要求,随之而来的是车载雷达的口径也越来越大,对雷达的机动性设计构成了巨大的挑战。文中对半挂车以及雷达的工作方式进行综合分析,创新性地将半挂车车架与雷达转台进行一体化融合设计,使车辆的运输功能和雷达的转动功能合二为一,提升了运输通过性,提高了运输安全性,节约了产品研制成本。该方法为大型设备运输平台的设计提供了一种新的思路,可供同类产品借鉴。More functions and better performance of the radar are required to win the local war under high technology. This leads to increase of the vehicle-borne radar aperture,which constitutes a big challenge for mobility design of the large-aperture radar. Comprehensive analysis for operation modes of the semi-trailer and radar rotating platform are carried out and a novel integrated design method for semi-trailer and radar rotating platform is proposed in this paper. This integrated design method not only is helpful to improve the transport-ability and security,but also can reduce the cost. This new design way of the transporting platform for large equipment can be used as reference for the similar products.
