乳房部位丘疹型血管淋巴管瘤二例

摘　　要：2例女性患者,因左侧胸部丘疹就诊。2例患者皮损组织病理改变大致相同:表皮角化过度,真皮浅层见扩张的淋巴管,小血管扩张及慢性炎性细胞浸润。结合临床和组织病理检查,诊断为血管淋巴管瘤。给予CO_2激光治疗,痊愈后随访2年无复发。Two female patients both presented with papules on the left mammary region. The histopathology of the biopsy revealed epidermal hyperkeratosis, expansion of the lymphatic vessels, small vessels expansion and chronic inflammatory cell infiltration in the superficial dermis. The diagnosis of papular hematolymphangioma was made according to the clinical and histopathological manifestations. CO2 laser treatment was given and no recurrence was observed for two years of follow-up.
