摘  要:在教学质量监控体系中,教学督导工作发挥了重要作用。但是,督导工作却普遍存在“重检查、轻指导,重发现、轻解决”的现象。从提高思想认识、建立健全机制、发挥职能作用、加强队伍建设、摆正督导关系等方面进行深入思考,提出强化教学督导体系建设,提升军校教学督导的执行效力。Instructional supervision plays an important role in quality control system in school settings. However, there exist such phenomena as emphasizing inspection and finding prob- lems while underestimating guidance and assistance for teachers to solve problems. With deep consideration over promoting ideology, perfecting systems, giving full play to its roles, strengthening construction of teaching staff and handling the relation between supervision and guidance, this paper suggests strengthening the construction of supervision system for instruction and thus improving executive power of instructional supervision in military acad- emies.
