大学生性取向变化及其与自杀风险关系的2年随访研究

摘　　要：目的:探究大学生性取向变化的分布及其与自杀风险的关系。方法:采用2年期随访追踪法,选取某大学学生3289例,获得有效数据2291例(男生803例,女生1488例);性取向调查(异性恋、同性恋、双性恋或性取向不确定)用于基线测试与2年随访测试,以测量个体性取向类型,自杀行为问卷(SBQ-R)用于随访测试,以测量自杀风险。结果:大学生性取向发生变化者182例(7.9%),其中性少数人群性取向变化的例数多于异性恋人群(χ~2=680.14,P<0.05),女性比男性有更多性取向改变(χ~2=5.74,P<0.05);性取向变化者自杀行为得分高于性取向稳定者[(4.3±2.0)vs.(3.6±1.2),P<0.05]。结论:大学生人群中性少数者或女性更容易发生性取向改变,且性取向变化者存在更高的自杀风险。Objective： To explore the change of sexual orientation identity and its relationship with suicidal risk among college students. Methods： In this 2-year follow-up study,totally 3289 college students were selected at baseline assessment,in which 2291 being valid samples,including 803 males and 1488 females. Sexual orientation types,including heterosexual,homosexual,bisexual or sexual orientation uncertain,were assessed with the Sexual Orientation Survey,and suicidal risk was assessed with the Suicide Behavior Questionnaire（ SBQ-R） at follow-up. Results： A total of 182（7. 9%） students had sexual orientation change,students of sexual minority and females were more likely to change sexual orientation than heterosexual population and males（ χ2 = 680. 14,5. 74,Ps 0. 05） respectively. Individual who changed sexual orientation identity had higher suicidal risk than those kept stable [（4. 3 ± 2. 0） vs.（3. 6 ± 1. 2）,P〈0. 05]. Conclusion： College students of sexual minority and females more likely tend to change their sexual orientation identity after 2 years,and such change may be related to a higher risk of suicide.
