大剂量奥美拉唑联合奥曲肽在消化性溃疡并上消化道出血治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨分析大剂量奥美拉唑联合奥曲肽在消化性溃疡并上消化道出血治疗中的应用效果。方法 80例消化性溃疡并上消化道出血患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组给予大剂量奥美拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗,对照组给予常规剂量奥美拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗。观察比较两组的临床疗效及止血时间、输血量、住院时间。结果观察组的临床总有效率为95.0%,对照组的临床总有效率为77.5%,观察组的临床总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的止血时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组,输血量少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用大剂量奥美拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗消化性溃疡并上消化道出血,不但在临床疗效方面更为显著,并且见效快,值得临床应用及推广。Objective To investigate the application effect of high-dose Omeprazole combined with Octreotide in the treatment of peptic ulcer and upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods A total of 80 patients with peptic ulcer and upper gastrointestinal bleeding were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The observation group was given high-dose Omeprazole combined with Octreotide, the control group was given conventional doses of Omeprazole combined with Octreotide. The clinical efficacy, stop bleeding time, blood transfusion and length of stay between the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%, which was significantly higher than 77.5% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The mean hemostasis time and average length of stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the average blood transfusion of the observation group was significantly less than that of control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The high-dose Omeprazole combined with Octreotide in the treatment of peptic ulcer and upper gastrointestinal bleeding, the clinical efficacy is more significant and quicker effectiveness, it is worth clinical application and promotion.
