摘　　要：目的探究采用光学相干断层扫描(SD-OCT)诊断息肉状脉络膜血管病变(PCV)的敏感性及特异性。方法回顾性分析60例初诊为PCV或渗出型年龄相关性黄斑变性(wAMD)患者的其临床资料,对患者同期的彩色眼底照相、荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)、SD-OCT、吲哚菁绿荧光血管造影(ICGA)的诊断结果进行分析,探析SD-OCT诊断PCV的敏感性和特异性。结果 SD-OCT方法 a对PCV诊断的敏感性为83.33%,特异性为89.47%;方法 b对PCV诊断的敏感性为91.67%,特异性为89.47%,两种诊断方法比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 SD-OCT对PCV的诊断有着较高的敏感性和特异性,其在辨别PCV与wAMD上都具备较明显的优势。Objective To investigate the sensitivity and specificity of spectral-domain optical coherence tomography（SD-OCT） in the diagnosis of polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy（PCV）. Methods The clinical data of 60 cases with PCV or wet age-related macular degeneration（wAMD） in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, then the diagnostic results of fundus color photography and fundus fluorescence angiography（FFA） SDCOT and indocyanine green angiography（ICGA） patients in the same period were retrospectively compared, and the sensitivity and specificity of SD-OCT in the diagnosis of PCV were explored. Results The sensitivity and specificity of the SD-OCT method a to the diagnosis of PCV were 83.33% and 89.47% respectively, the SD-OCT method b to the diagnosis of PCV were 91.67% and 89.47% respectively. There were no statistically significant differences between two diagnostic method（P〉0.05）. Conclusion SD-OCT embraces high sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of PCV, which is of obvious advantages in identifying PCV and wAMD.
