摘　　要：美国城市在二战结束后体现出明显的郊区化现象,美国政府为复兴城市中心区,一直在进行不懈的努力。20世纪末以来,在城市中心区更新过程中,美国政府更加重视城市的可持续发展,在更新改造设计中坚持可持续发展策略。U.S. cities have manifested obvious suburbanization after the end of World War II. The U.S. government has been making unremitting efforts to rejuvenate the central area of the city. Since the end of the 20 th century, in the process of renewal of the urban center, the U.S. government has paid more attention to the sustainable development of the city and has adhered to sustainable development strategies in the renewal and design of renovation.
