复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合莫沙必利对便秘患者结肠镜检查前肠道清洁的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察莫沙必利联合复方聚乙二醇电解质散对行结肠镜检查便秘患者的肠道清洁作用。方法:纳入2016年1月-2017年9月在本院接受结肠镜检查的60例便秘患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组各30例。对照组口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散行肠道清洁,治疗组在对照组基础上口服莫沙必利行肠道清洁,对比两组肠道清洁情况等相关指标的变化。结果:相较于对照组,治疗组的首次排便时间及排便清澈时间显著缩短,大便次数显著增多,各肠段BBPS评分及总体BBPS评分显著升高,肠腔内气泡评分显著降低,结肠镜检查成功率及总服药耐受度显著升高(P<0.05)。治疗期间,治疗组与对照组的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:莫沙必利联合复方聚乙二醇电解质散对行结肠镜检查便秘患者有良好肠道清洁作用,是一种安全、舒适的肠道清洁方式,值得在结肠镜检查中广泛应用。Objective：To observe the cleaning effect of intestinal tract of Mosapride combined with Polyethylene Glycol Electrolytes Powder for preparations for colonoscopy in patients with constipation.Method：60 constipation patients which received colonoscopy examination were as the research objects in our hospital from January 2016 to September 2017,they were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Polyethylene Glycol Electrolytes Powder to clean intestinal tract,the treatment group was treated with Mosapride to clean intestinal tract on the basis of the control group,the intestinal cleaning and other related indicators changes were compared.Result：Compared with the control group,in the treatment group,the first defecation time and defecation clear time were obviously shortened,the stool frequency was obviously increased,the BBPS score of each intestine and the total score of BBPS were obviously increased,the intestinal cavity bubble score was obviously decreased,the colonoscopy success rate and total drug tolerance were obviously increased（P〈0.05）.During the treatment,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the treatment group and the control group（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Mosapride combined with Polyethylene Glycol Electrolytes Powder has good intestinal tract cleaning effect for preparations for colonoscopy in patients with constipation,it is a safe and comfortable way to clean the intestine tract,it is worthy of wide application in colonoscopy.
