摘　　要：目的:比较不同根管消毒方法在一次性根管治疗中的临床疗效。方法:选取240例(240颗牙)慢性根尖周炎病例,随机分为A、B、C、D组,每组60例。A组采用5ml 0.9%的生理盐水冲洗根管;B组采用5ml 2.5%NaClO溶液冲洗根管;C组采用5 ml MTAD溶液冲洗根管;D组采用5ml Qmix溶液冲洗根管。评价4组患牙行一次性根管充填术后第1、3、7天的根管治疗期间急症(EIAE)发生率及1年后的疗效。结果:Qmix、MTAD、2.5%NaClO溶液均可显著降低根管充填术后24h内EIAE发生率(P<0.05)。Qmix、MTAD冲洗液1年后的疗效明显优于生理盐水(P<0.05),而2.5%NaClO溶液冲洗液和生理盐水比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:Qmix、MTAD冲洗液有较好的根管消毒效果,能有效预防和减少EIAE的发生。Objective：To compare the clinical efficacy of Qmix,MTAD and 2.5% sodium hypochlorite solution in one-time root canal treatment.Methods：A total of 240 cases（240 teeth）with chronic apical periodontitis were randomly divided into group A,B,C,and group D,60 cases（60 teeth）in each group.group A was given 5 ml of 0.9%saline to rinse the root canal,group B was given 5 ml of 2.5%sodium hypochlorite to rinse the root canal,group C was given5 ml of MTAD solution to rinse the root canal,and group D was given 5 ml of Qmix solution to rinse the canal.The incidence rate of emergencies interappointment emergencies（EIAE）and the efficacy of one-time root canal filling at 1 d,3 d,7 dand 1 year in four groups were compared.Results：Qmix,MTAD,and 2.5% sodium hypochlorite solution could significantly reduce the incidence rate of EIAE during root canal treatment within 24 hours after root canal filling（P〈0.05）.The efficacy after 1 year of the Qmix and MTAD were significantly better than those of the saline flush,there was no significant difference between the 2.5% sodium hypochlorite solution and the saline flush（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Qmix,MTAD root canal irrigation fluid has better root canal disinfection effect,which can effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of EIAE during the treatment of disposable root canals.
