摘　　要：目的:探讨个案管理模式在乳腺癌患者术后护理中的效果及其对预后因子Ki-67、ER、Her-2水平的影响。方法:选取2015-12~2017-01我院收治的乳腺癌患者98例,均行手术治疗,依据术后不同的护理方式将其分为对照组和研究组,每组49例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上采用个案管理模式。比较两组的护理效果及其对预后因子Ki-67、ER、Her-2水平的影响。结果:采用不同的护理方式进行干预后,研究组的服药依从率为93.8%,明显优于对照组的75.5%(P<0.05);研究组对护理态度、技术、健康教育、生活态度和知情同意等方面的综合满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后不良反应发生率为10.2%,明显低于对照组的36.7%(P<0.05);研究组的Ki-67、ER、Her-2阳性表达率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对乳腺癌患者术后给予个案管理模式,可明显提高患者的服药依从性和护理满意度,减少术后不良反应发生率,改善预后,值得临床进一步推广和应用。Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of case management mode on intraoperative nursing in breast carcinoma patients and its impact on prognosis factors of Ki-67,ER and Her-2.Methods：Ninety-eight cases with breast cancer from December 2015 to January 2017 in our hospital were selected.The subjects were randomly divided into control group and study group,49 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,and the study group was given the case management mode on basis of control group.The clinical effect as well as its impact in the prognosis factors Ki-67,ER and Her-2 was analyzed.Results：The medication compliance in study group was 93.8%,which was significantly better than that of control group 75.5%（P〈0.05）,the comprehensive nursing satisfaction of the nurse′s attitude,nursing skills,health education,attitudes towards life and informed consent in study group were significantly higher than those of control group（P〈0.05）.The adverse reaction rate in study group was 10.2%,which was significantly lower than that of control group 36.7%（P〈0.05）.The positive rate of Ki-67,ER and Her-2 in study group was significantly lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The case management mode can greatly increase the treatment compliance of breast cancer patients and clinical satisfaction,reduce the adverse reaction rate and improve the clinical prognosis.It shall be further applied in clinical practice.
