摘 要:公安边防派出所对于维护国家安全和社会稳定发挥着重要作用。构建有效的激励机制,最大程度激发广大官兵的积极性和创造性,既是公安边防派出所建设的内在诉求,也是队伍管理的核心问题。当前,部分公安边防派出所激励机制存在着重视精神激励、轻视物质激励,重视思想教育、轻视联系实际,重视考评形式、忽视激励效果等问题,亟须构建多元的激励促进机制、以人为本的目标管理机制、长效的培训教育机制和科学的绩效管理机制。The border police station is the backbone of maintaining border stability,which has important strategic significance to maintaining national stability and social security. How to establish an effective incentive mechanism to optimize the enthusiasm and creativity of the personnel is not only the internal appeal of the border police force construction,but also the core issue of the border police force management. At present,there are many problems in the incentive mechanism of border police stations,such as paying attention to spiritual motivation while ignoring material incentives,paying attention to ideological education while ignoring practical application,paying attention to the form of evaluation while ignoring the incentive effect. It is urgently needed to build a diverse incentive mechanism,a human-targeted management mechanism,a long-term training mechanism and a scientific performance management mechanism.
