需求和成本双扰动下三级供应链价格折扣契约

摘　　要：针对由"供应商-制造商-零售商"组成的三级供应链,运用价格折扣契约研究当突发事件引起市场需求和成本同时扰动的供应链协调问题。当扰动较小时,供应链最优订货量不变,供应链具有一定的鲁棒性;当扰动较大时,供应链协调被打破。改进价格折扣契约相关参数,可使供应链能协调应对突发事件。具体的算例验证了调整后价格折扣契约的有效性。The coordination problem of the three-level supply chain with one supplier,one manufacturer and one retailer was analyzed under price-discount contract when demand and cost disrupted at the same time.It was proved that the robustness of supply chain under pricediscount contract,the optimal order quantity of supply chain system keep consistent with the original order quantity when the demand distribution and the related cost didn＇t exceed a certain range. Otherwise,the original price-discount contract couldn＇t coordinate supply chain anymore.Furthermore,this paper proposed the adjusted price-discount contract in order to coordinate supply chain again.Finally,a numerical example was given to illustrate the effectiveness of the adjusted price-discount contract.
