YAG激光与卵磷脂络合碘治疗生理性玻璃体混浊的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:对比钇铝石榴石(YAG)激光与卵磷脂络合碘治疗生理性玻璃体混浊的疗效,为临床治疗提供参考。方法:选择2015年4月-2017年5月本院门诊收治的60例生理性玻璃体混浊患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组患者采用卵磷脂络合碘进行治疗,观察组患者采用YAG激光治疗。6个月后进行房角光学相干断层扫描(OCT)检查,同时完成患者主观症状改善情况调查并进行比较。结果:观察组主观症状改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,观察组患者上方房角增宽(P<0.05),下方、鼻侧、颞侧房角均无显著变化(P>0.05)。结论:相比于卵磷脂络合碘,YAG激光治疗生理性玻璃体混浊临床效果理想,且对正常生理构造无显著影响。Objective：To investigate the efficacy of yttrium aluminum garnet（YAG）laser and Lecithin Complex Iodine in the treatment of physiologic vitreous opacity,and providing reference for clinical treatment.Method：A total of 60 patients with physiologic vitreous opacity in our hospital from April 2015 to May 2017 were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Lecithin Complex Iodine,and the observation group was treated with YAG laser.After 6 months of treatment,two groups were given OCT examination and the investigation of subjective symptom improvement of two groups were completed.Result：The improvement of subjective symptoms in the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After 6 months of treatment,the angle of superior atrium widened in the observation group（P〈0.05）,but there were no significant changes in the angle of the inferior,nasal and temporal atrium（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：YAG laser is ideal for the treatment of physiological vitreous opacity and has no significant effect on normal physiological structure.
