单侧肾切除病人核素示踪经络显像的观察

摘　　要：经络研究现已受到国内外学者的普遍重视,我们的实验结果表明,健康人核素示踪经络显像许多特征与经络生理特征相一致。目前法国、罗马尼亚等核素经络显像研究工作也引人注目。48 meridial scintigraphy using ^(99m)TcO_4 wereundertaken on 12 patients of unilateral nephrectomyand 12 normal control.All the subjects,22 malesand 2 famels,age 19-68yr,was given subcutaneousinjection of the radiotracer(400μCi/O.1ml)bilat-erally into Taixi(K3)of the Kidney Channel.Bothdynamic and static acquisition were carried out onevery subject to study the meridium.1.The tracer migration along the affected mer-idium appeared sluggish,dispersed and broken,wh-ich differed significantly with that of normal:2.The altered migration on the affected chann-els were also characterized by shorter latency,fastermoving speed and lower local-clearance rate;3.The time-activity curves derived from ROIsover the length of the migration were different mo-rphologically to those of normal;4.There was no significant difference betweenthe parameters of the migrations on the affected andunaffected side of the nephrectomized patients.
