多学科合作情境模拟教学在护理硕士专业学位研究生临床思维训练课程中的应用

摘　　要：2016年至2017年在北京某护理学院2015和2016级护理硕士专业学位研究生临床思维训练课程中开展多学科合作情境模拟教学,教学案例从剖宫产术后大出血临床真实病历中改编而来,进行临床思维训练,体现产科、ICU、儿科多学科的紧密配合,融合了护士、医生、患者的交流合作。通过2年的教学实践,形成一份完善的病例资料和情境模拟剧本、录像和视频资料,通过学生在模拟教学演练之后的反思,从病例中总结拓展出7个专业问题。在护理硕士专业学位研究生中使用真实病历改编的情境模拟教学,对临床思维的形成、多学科团队合作、思维拓展起到重要作用,是专业学位研究生培养中值得推广的经验。From 2016 to 2017, simulation teaching based on multi-disciplinary cooperation was delivered to masters of nursing specialist in clinical thinking training course. The simulation cases were adapted from clinical real cases of hemorrhage after cesarean section, and the cases reflected the cooperation of the doctors and nurses in maternity, ICU, pediatric departments to train the clinical thinking of students. Through two years of teaching practice, a perfect situational simulation script and video were formed. Students summarized seven professional questions from cases after simulated teaching reflection. Simulation teaching based on multi-disciplinary cooperation is benefit for the development of the clinical thinking for masters of nursing specialist.
