组织生态学下珠三角绿道体育休闲业非均衡性协同发展研究

摘　　要：运用文献法与田野调查法,阐述了绿道体育休闲业的相关概念、社会价值、经济价值与发展现状。基于组织生态学的相关理论,树立组织生态化管理的理念,完善组织生态学下绿道体育休闲业模仿、规制与规范的同形理论,论证绿道体育集群企业的有机联系,厘清绿道体育休闲业的协同发展思路,为珠三角绿道体育休闲业组织形成核心竞争力与保持快速发展奠定基础。以广州增城绿道体育休闲业进行实地调研、实证分析,探索组织生态学下绿道体育休闲业非均衡性的协同发展策略:政府提供良好的产业政策与优质绿道资源;搭建良好的宣传平台,打造珠三角绿道体育休闲品牌;建立产业组织群落与生态产业链,明确绿道体育休闲业的协同发展路径。Based on literature review and field survey,this essay elaborates the definition,social values and economic values of ＂ Green Path ＂ sport leisure industry. It aims to provide theory foundation for the competitiveness and rapid development of ＂ Green Path＂ sport leisure business by using theories of ecology to establish the concept of ecological management; perfect the theory of imitation and specification in ＂ Green Path＂ sport leisure industry; demonstrate the relationship of ＂ Green Path＂ enterprises; and clarify the principle of ＂ seeking joint development＂ in ＂ Green Path＂ sport leisure business. It conducted field investigation and empirical analysis in Zengcheng of Guangzhou to explore the collaborative development strategies for ＂ Green Path＂ sport leisure business under the background of organizational ecology： the government should provide good industry policies and resources; set up excellent propaganda platforms and build up famous brands for ＂ Green Path＂ sport leisure business; establish industry organization clusters and ecological industry chain to ensure the way for its development.
