摘　　要：介绍了一种大直径内孔珩磨加工使用的特殊刀具,解决了公司传统老式珩磨机对大直径内孔加工时压力过大,导致机床停车无法加工的问题,分析说明了刀具结构,最终该刀具成功用在公司老式珩磨机床上完成加工。This paper introduced a special cutter used for honing of large diameter hole. This cutter solved the problem that the tradi-tional honing machine was overstressed in the machining of large diameter hole. It explained the structure of this cutter. Finally, the cutter is successfully used in the old honing machine and completing machining tasks.
