摘 要:目的探讨贫困地区母亲教儿能力教育措施的实施对母亲教儿能力水平、婴幼儿智能发育水平的作用和影响效果;方法在秦巴山区选取实验乡与对照乡,实验乡采用"分散式家庭—巡回干预模式",编著"儿童启智教育与训练的理论与方法"作为培训教材,由幼儿教育专家对基层人员以及婴幼儿母亲进行教儿知识与智能训练技术培训,再由基层人员定期入户对儿童母亲进行指导。将培训、指导和咨询的教育实施过程持续实施3年后进行干预效果评估;结果干预后实验乡婴幼儿母亲的教儿能力显著提高,尤其是宁强实验乡和柞水实验乡在婴幼儿智能训练行为领域的知识和行为异常婴幼儿的早发现能力两个方面,提高幅度最为明显,分别提高了65.18%,58.03%。婴幼儿的智能发育异常率显著下降,平均发育商显著提高,对照乡提高不显著;结论通过对婴幼儿儿母亲进行教儿能力的教育,能够预防智能发育异常婴幼儿的发生,在贫困山区实施这种措施具有可行性。Objective The experimental and control country were selected in Qin-ba Mountain area. The grassroots staffs and infants mother in experimental country were given knowledge education and technical training from the experts. Methods The technical guidance was given to infants mothers in their homes from the grassroots staffs. The results show that after more than 3 years intervention. Results the taught ability of infants mother in experimental country significantly improved,and the rate of intelligence development abnormal infants significantly dropped,the developmental quotient level significantly increased. No significantly changing were observed in the control country.Conclusion The intelligence development abnormal infants can be prevented by implemented mother taught ability education. The implementation of this measure is feasible in poor mountainous areas.
