摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌患者血清糖类抗原15-3(CA15-3)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、铁蛋白(SF)、降钙素(PCT)水平的变化及临床意义。方法收集2012年10月-2017年10月入住本院的79例乳腺癌患者的临床资料,选取同期接受治疗的58例乳腺良性肿块患者及进行体检的60例健康女性作为对照组。对上述研究对象血清CA15-3、CEA、SF及PCT水平进行检测分析。结果乳腺癌组及良性肿瘤组血清CA15-3、CEA、SF及PCT水平均显著高于对照组,且乳腺癌组血清CA15-3、SF及PCT水平均显著高于良性肿瘤组。随着临床分期的增加,乳腺癌患者血清中CA15-3、CEA、SF及PCT水平均显著升高。4种指标联合检测的ROC曲线下面积显著大于单项指标检测面积。结论血清中CA15-3、CEA、SF及PCT联合检测能够有效提高乳腺癌的诊断敏感性,对乳腺癌的临床诊断具有十分重要的意义。Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum carbohydrate antigen 15-3（ CA15-3）,carcinoembryonic antigen（ CEA）,ferritin and calcitonin in patients with breast cancer. Methods The clinical data of 79 cases of breast cancer admitted to our hospital from October 2012 to October 2017 were collected. Fifty-eight patients with benign breast mass who were treated during the same period and 60 cases of healthy women were selected as a control group. The levels of serum CA15-3,CEA,SF and PCT in the above subjects were detected and analyzed. Results Serum levels of CA15-3,CEA,SF and PCT in the breast neoplasm group and the breast cancer group were significantly higher than that in the control group; serum CA15-3,CEA,SF and PCT levels in breast neoplasm group were higher than that of benign breast cancer; with the increase of clinical staging,the serum levels of CA15-3,CEA,SF and PCT increased significantly in breast cancer patients. The area under the ROC curve for the combined detection of the four indicators was significantly greater than the area for single indicator detection. Conclusion The combined detection of serum CA15-3,CEA,SF and PCT can effectively improve the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of breast cancer,which is of great significance for the clinical diagnosis of breast cancer.
