摘 要:在乡村振兴战略背景下,从社会服务、人才支持、开辟生源新渠道和促进产教融合及科研成果的转化推广等方面,阐释高等农业院校培养职业农民的意义和优势。从高等农业院校农科类人才培养、农村劳动力再培训和农业专门人才短期培训的角度分析高等农业院校农业专门人才培养现状。构架高等农业院校职业农民培养路径图,涉及学员选拔、高等农业院校人才培养过程和培养效果三个主要环节,旨在打通职业农民教育的准入,体现高等农业院校在职业农民培养中的核心地位,使职业农民培养成为高等农业院校人才培养的重要组成部分。提出高等农业院校职业农民培养路径实施的建议,即建立学历教育与非学历教育间的转换机制;加强理论知识与实践技能在教学中的融合;搭建高等农业院校科研创新与科技推广通路;引入第三方评价机制等。Under the background of rural revitalization strategy, this paper expounds the significance and advantages of cultivating professional farmers in agricultural universities from the aspects of social service, talent support, opening up new channels for students, promoting the integration of production and education , transformation and popularization of scientific research achievements. This paper analyzes the present situation of agricultural training in agricultural universities from the perspectives of agricultural talents training, rural labor force retraining and short-term training of agricultural talents. Construction of the training path of professional farmers in agricultural universities which is including three main links:selection of students, training process and training effect. By doing this the access of vocational farmers' education is more easy, the core position of higher agricultural universities is more important, also making the cultivation of professional farmers become an important part of agricultural universities. Putting forward some suggestions on the implementation of the training path of professional farmers in agricultural universities, eEstablishing the conversion mechanism between academic education and non-academic education; strengthening the integration of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in teaching;establishing the path of scientific research innovation and science and technology extension;introducing a third-party evaluation mechanism.
