抑郁症与神经递质关系及中医药干预作用研究

摘　　要：抑郁症是由多种原因引起的,以情感障碍主要是心境低落为突出特征的一类精神疾病。抑郁症的病因和发病机理尚未完全阐明,研究发现,脑内神经递质表达水平异常可能是抑郁症的发病机制之一。抑郁症属于中医＂郁证＂的范畴,中医通过辨证论治进行个体化治疗,利用中药和针灸对神经递质进行一定干预,起到治疗抑郁症的作用。拟从抑郁症与单胺类神经递质与非单胺类神经递质的关系入手,探讨中医药的干预作用。Depression is caused by a variety of reasons,mainly characterized by emotional depression. The etiologies and pathogenesis of depression has not been fully elucidated. It is found that the expression level of neurotransmitters in the brain may be one of the pathogenesisof depression. Depression belongs to＂melancholia＂in TCM,we formulate individualized treatment by syndrome differentiation,then use traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture to play a role in neurotransmitters. The author intends to start from the relationship of depression and monoamine neurotransmitters and non-monoamine neurotransmitters,to investigate the effect of TCM in depression.
