摘 要:轧机系统由多种学科领域和技术相互渗透、融合而成,在轧制过程中往往会伴随着复杂的耦合振动。振动严重损坏轧机机械零部件和电气设备,进而引发严重生产事故,降低带钢的产量、表面质量和生产率。研究轧机动力学系统振动的产生机理、振动特性及其控制措施,是冶金行业所面临的重要课题。本文从轧机系统耦合振动分类、表现形式、研究方法和抑振方法等方面进行阐述,分析了目前研究中存在的问题及难点,提出了关于轧机系统耦合振动建模及控制的进一步研究方向。The rolling mill is interpenetrated and fused by various fields and technologies,and it is often accompanied by complicated coupling vibration during rolling process. Vibration severely damages the mechanical parts and electrical equipment of the rolling mill,which leads to serious production accidents and reduces the production and productivity of strip steel. It is an important subject for the metallurgical industry to study the mechanism,vibration characteristics and control measures of rolling mill dynamics system vibration. In this paper,the mill system coupling vibration was elaborated about the classification,form,research methods and vibration suppression method,etc. The problems and difficulties in the current research are analyzed,and the further research direction of the coupled vibration modeling and control is proposed.
