中医“表里”的理论探究

摘　　要："表里"是中医学中最有特色的理论之一。本文通过分析中医学"表里"的基本内涵和具有代表意义的"表里"关系,探讨"表里"概念实质及其理论价值。认为"表里"由最初的部位演变为中医理论中辨证的纲领,其内涵意义不断被扩大,然而阴阳六经之"表里"、脏腑之"表里"、经脉之"表里"以及阴阳"表里"出入的气血循环均各有所指,在论述"表里"及相关问题时应时刻注意前提和范畴,在同一背景下进行讨论,切不可过度夸大"表里"的理论意义。＂Biao Li＂is one of the most distinctive theories in traditional Chinese medicine. This paper analyzes the basic connotation and its external relations. Through the analysis of the basic connotation and the relationship of ＂ Biao Lli＂,to discuss the theory concept and value of ＂ Biao Li＂. The author thinks that ＂ Biao Li＂ in traditional Chinese medicine has different backgrounds. Discussion of ＂ Biao Li＂ should pay attention to the premise and category,do not exaggerate the theoretical significance.
