摘　　要：生命早期应激不仅诱发个体青幼期精神障碍的发生,更导致成年后抑郁症等易感性的显著增加。针对早期应激因素自身的重要作用及其与青幼期神经发育的交互影响,近年来许多中医药学者已开展了有益的探索研究。结果表明,在早期应激或与成年后应激叠加后,病证过程仍表现出情志内伤肝失疏泄的基本特征及相关药物的有效干预作用。关注生命早期应激负性作用,并与成年后应激有机结合,有助于动态观察情志内伤肝失疏泄病证变化,阐释情志内伤潜伏期或缓解期病机,研究青幼期应激有效干预手段,基于早期应激效应开展肝失疏泄病证研究成为肝藏象理论研究的新方向。Early life stress not only induces the occurrence of the emotional disorders of the individual youth stage,but also increases the susceptibility of depression and other emotional diseases in adulthood. In recent years Many Chinese medicine scholars have done a lot of research on the important role of early stress factors and their interaction with the neurodevelopment of teenagers and children. The results show that： In the early stress or adult stress superposition,disease process still showed the basic characteristics of Gan fails to take charge of dispersion and lead to emotional disorder and effective intervention effect of related drugs. Focusing on the mechanism of early negative stress in life and combining with post-adult stress,It can be helpful to observe the changes of Gan fails to take charge of dispersion and lead to emotional disorder,explain the incubation or remission period of the internal injury,and study the effective intervention of stress in the youth. Based on the early stress effect,the research on the Gan fails to take charge of dispersion and leads to emotional disorder will be a new direction in the research of Gan.
