摘  要:目的:观察耳穴穴区的血流灌注特点,整理分析各穴区的血流灌注特征,提供耳穴穴区特征证据。方法:以健康成年人为研究对象,采用激光多普勒观察耳穴各区的血流灌注并分析整理各穴区的血流灌注特征。结果:左右耳血流量比较,左耳血流量(217.31PU)略高于右耳(214.43PU),差异有统计学意义;大分区血流量比较,三角窝区血流LSMEAN值(257.97PU)最大,耳屏区血流LSMEAN值(156.75PU)最小,差异有统计学意义。将大分区分为4份:血流值最小区-耳屏区,血流值较小区-对耳屏区、耳轮区,血流值较大区-对耳轮区、耳垂区,血流值最大区-耳甲区、耳舟区、三角窝区。小分区血流量比较差异有统计学意义。小分区的血流分布不连续且50区即脾穴血流值最高。结论:耳廓各穴区血流灌注与血管微循环分布密切相关,且各区的血流灌注有明显差异,其中耳甲区、耳舟区、三角窝区的血管分布最密集,血流灌注最高,耳轮区和耳垂区次之,耳屏区、耳轮区甚之,耳屏区很少有血管分布,血流灌注最低。健康成年人耳廓的血流分布有一定的规律,为耳穴的分区提供理论基础。Objective: To observe the blood perfusion distribution characteristics in the ear region,arrange and analyze the characteristics of blood perfusion and offer the evidence of auricular division. Methods: The subjects were healthy adults,using laser Doppler system to observe the blood perfusion of different points of the ear,sort out and analyze the characteristics of blood perfusion in each acupoint. Results: Comparison of left and right ear blood flow: The left ear blood flow(217. 31 PU) is slightly higher than right ear(214. 43 PU),the difference was statistically significant; Large area blood flow comparison: The maximum blood perfusion is fossa(257. 97 PU), and the tragus blood perfusion minimum(156. 75 PU),the difference is statistically significant. According to their respective blood flow values can be roughly divided into four parts,from small to large order: The minimum blood flow: Tragus; The relatively small blood flow:Antitragus and Helix; The relatively larger blood flow: Antihelix,Lobule; Maximum blood flow area: Concha auriculae,Scaphoid fossa,Fossa. Small area blood flow comparison: the efficacy rate difference between treatment group and control group was statistically significant. The distribution of blood flow in the small area is not continuous,and the 50 area is the highest value of the splenic points. Conclusion: The blood perfusion of each acupoint is closely related to the distribution of vessel microcirculation,the concha region,the scaphoid region,and the triangular fossa region was the most intensive with the highest blood perfusion; anthelix and ear second; the tragus area and the helix third; the hircus area very few blood vessels,blood perfusion was the lowest. The distribution of blood flow in healthy adult auricular has certain rules,and provide a theoretical basis for the partition of the ear.
