摘　　要：基于医学科学研究的性质以及国家自然基金委员会对项目申请书的具体要求,展开论述了医学研究方案在其题目、背景、内容、方法、问题、路线、结果和成果等方面制定过程中需要注意的结构和要点。Based on the nature of medical scientific research and the specific requirements of the national natural fund com- mittee on the project application, the structure and key points of the research scheme including title, background, content, meth- od, problem, technology roadmap, result and achievements in scientific research are discussed.
