摘　　要：初步探究输血医学网络课程内部质量保证的方法,建立耶鲁远程课程学习专用网站,以进一步完善协和医学院输血医学高等教育资源。以ICDE评审的理念建立1个完整的基于＂制定-实施-检查-反馈-整改＂的闭环式结构的输血医学网络教学内部质量保证,具体从目的与目标,课程设计与学习资源,教职工队伍,教学过程和考核测评等5个方面进行摸索。初步构建了输血医学网络课程内部质量保证,并在教学过程中进一步完善。输血医学网络课程内容是协和医学院输血医学高等教育中的重要组成部分,其内部质量保障的建立和完善有利输血医学高等教育教育质量的保证和提高。To explore the method of the internal quality control（ QC） of transfusion medical network course and establish the dedicated Yale remote course website. Ultimately improve and utilize various education resources for PUMC in blood transfusion medicine. According to the concept of ICDE review,we established a complete internal QC system for the transfusion medical network course, which followed the ＂development-implementation-checking-feedback-rectification ＂ logical chain. This paper mainly focus on the following 5 aspects to implement the system： Objective management,curriculum design and learning materials,teaching staff,teaching process and assessment. We established the internal QC of transfusion medical network course,and further improved in the teaching process. The blood transfusion medical network course is an important part of advanced transfusion medical education in PUMC. The establishment and improvement of the system guaranteed and improved the quality of transfusion medical education.
