摘　　要：针对传统的配电网基建工程项目管理系统效率低的问题,文中基于MVC架构,结合Struts、Hibernate和Spring框架,利用J2EE技术与SQL Server 2014数据库设计并开发了一套配电网基建工程项目管理系统。该系统整合了项目进行的全部过程,分为前期工作管理、设计及计划编制、开工管理、过程管理、验收管理以及报表查询共6个模块,能够实现前期项目包的创建、前期WBS预算的创建和输入、项目概算的录入、采购订单的创建、项目状态的修改等功能。黑盒与白盒方法的测试表明,该系统运行良好,较好地完成了设计目标,且能为类似配电网基建工程项目管理系统的开发提供技术参考。Aiming to solve the low efficiency problem of the traditional distribution network infrastructure project management system,a new distribution network infrastructure project management system based on MVC structure is designed and developed.Combined with Struts,Hibernate and Spring frameworks,the J2 EE technology and SQL Server2014 database are used during the development.All the processes are integrated in the system,which are managements of prophase work,designing and planning,starting construction,process,acceptance as well as report query,realizing functions of creating project package,creating and input budget of pre WBS,input of project estimation,creating purchase order,changing project status and so on. The test of black box and white box shows that the system can operate well,obtaining the design goal and providing technical reference for the development of similar distribution network infrastructure project management system.
