摘  要:通过建立全混合群体下多企业共性技术合作研发博弈模型,分析了考虑和不考虑企业研发能力限制的多企业共性技术合作研发行为影响因素及演化动态。研究表明:多企业共性技术合作研发系统演化稳定至合作与不合作企业共存的均衡,且随产业规模增加和收益-成本比减少而降低;引致成本可抵消产业规模的抑制,成为企业合作研发的主要考量;较低的等待成本激励着企业选择合作研发;外部力量支持、获得共性技术成本系数、决策匹配概率增加及交易成本降低均利于合作研发行为涌现,且系统对前两个变量变化更敏感;考虑研发能力限制时,系统演化呈现出U型特征,且随这两个变量增大系统演化轨迹由U型逐渐变为L型,多企业合作研发行为涌现概率相应增加。This paper builds a game model of Multi-enterprise generic technology cooperative R&D under well-mixed population, and analyzes the influencing factors and evolution dynamic of Multi-enterprises cooperation R&D with considering and with out considering the limitations of R&D capabilities. The results show that the cooperation and non-cooperation enterprise coexistence is the evolution equilibrium of generic technology cooperation R&D system, which increases with the increase of industrial scale and the decrease of benefit-cost ratio. Cost-induced,which become the main decision-making variables, can offset the inhibitory action of industry scale. Lower waiting cost motivates enterprises to choose generic technology cooperation R&D strategy. The increase of external support, the difficulty coefficient of obtaining generic technology, the increase of the correctness of enterprises decision-making, and the decrease of transaction costs are conducive to the emergence of generic technology cooperation R&D behavior. The evolution of generic technology R&D system is more sensitive to external support and the difficulty coefficient of obtaining generic technology. The existence of a minimum threshold provides a completely new U-style dynamics. External supports and the difficult coefficient of obtaining generic technology have great influence on the evolution of cooperation R&D system, with them increasing, the evolution trajectory of system gradually evolves from U-style to L-style, and the emergence probability of multi-enterprises cooperation R&D behavior increases accordingly.
