摘　　要：高校辅导员是大学院校教师队伍中的重要组成部分,是高校思想政治教育的主力军。高校辅导员承担着大学生学习生活中各项管理工作。但是,随着高校扩招和高校管理考核结构的种种转变,社会环境的变化,民办高校的飞速兴起,高校扩大招生,学生教育工作面临着更大的挑战,各个民办高校不同程度上出现了辅导员短缺、辅导员职能多元化、辅导员职业角色定位错乱等现象。College counselors are an important part of university faculty, and the main force of Ideological and political education in Colleges and Universities. College counselors bear the management of College students’ learning life. However,with the change of college enrollment expansion and university management assessment structure,the change of the social environment,the rapid rise of private colleges and universities,the expansion of enrollment in Colleges and Universities, the students’ education is facing more challenges. In different degrees,the shortage of counselors,the diversification of the functions of the assistants and the disorderly position of the professional role of the counselors have appeared in different degrees of private Colleges and Universities.
