摘  要:哈贝马斯的交往行为理论认为,任何主体意识都不可能孤立地形成,思想总是在交往中逐步形成的。哈贝马斯的交往行为理论对于新型师生关系的建立和课堂中的师生互动都具有一定的启示意义。交往型师生关系的实现需要在师生之间形成精神交往,教师和学生之间通过交流进行互动,实现互相理解、进行精神世界的交往。具体交往方式有三种,即分享、对话和理解。交往式新型师生关系是一种依靠主体间性建立起来的较为民主的师生关系,其实质就是通过学生和教师之间的心灵沟通和思想交流,实现师生的人格魅力的互相影响,实现教师和学生双方的和谐发展,以取得较好的教学效果。对话是重构师生关系的交往模式,可以通过对话型交往模式和互动合作型师生关系模式两种路径促进交往式新型师生关系的重构。According to Habermas'communicative action theory,no subject consciousness can be formed in isolation,and the thought is formed gradually in communication.The communicative action theory is of enlightening significance for the establishment of new teacher-student relationship and the interaction between teachers and students in the classroom.To realize the communicative relationship between teachers and students,it requires the spiritual exchanges between teachers and students.Teachers and students interact with each other through communication to realize mutual understanding and spiritual exchanges.There are three specific ways of communication,namely,sharing,dialogue and understanding.The new communicative relationship between teachers and students is a kind of democratic relationship between teachers and students,which relies on inter subjectivity.Through the telepathic and spiritual communication between students and teachers,its essence is to achieve the teaching effect and the mutual personality influence.The dialogue is a mode to reconstruct the communicative relationship between teachers and students,which can be promoted by the reconstruction of the new interactive teacher-student relationship through the dialogue interactive relationship mode and interactive cooperative teacher-student relationship mode.
