摘  要:为研究高温多雨地区破碎砾石制备沥青混合料的可行性及其路用性能,首先通过马歇尔设计方法确定混合料级配及最佳沥青用量。针对混合料的水稳定性,通过掺加抗剥落剂改善破碎砾石沥青混合料的水稳定性,采用水煮法试验比较0.2%,0.4%,0.6%这3个抗剥落剂掺量下集料和沥青黏附等级的提升效果,最终选定的抗剥落剂掺量为0.2%。在0.2%抗剥落剂掺量下,混合料水稳定性明显提升,并达到设计要求,但抗车辙性能提升不大。在0.2%抗剥落剂掺量的基础上,通过国内车辙试验比较0.2%,0.4%,0.6%抗车辙剂掺量下混合料抗车辙性能的改善效果,通过比较3种抗车辙剂掺量下混合料动稳定度指标并结合类似地区工程项目的经验,最终确定的抗车辙剂掺量为0.4%,此时混合料的抗车辙性能、水稳定性能皆能符合设计要求。通过多次冻融循环试验以及长期浸水马歇尔试验检验掺加0.2%抗剥落剂+0.4%抗车辙剂后混合料在更苛刻条件下的水稳定性能,通过汉堡车辙试验检验加入0.2%抗剥落剂+0.4%抗车辙剂后混合料的浸水抗车辙性能。试验结果表明:当掺加0.2%抗剥落剂+0.4%抗车辙剂后,破碎砾石沥青混合料具有优良的水稳定性和抗车辙能力。In order to investigate the preparation feasibility and pavement performance of crushed gravel asphalt mixture in megathermal and rainy areas,the aggregate gradation and the optimum asphalt content are determined by Marshall design method. For the water stability of mixture,the water stability of crushed gravel asphalt mixture is improved by adding anti-stripping additive. The effects of adding 0. 2%,0. 4% and 0. 6%anti-stripping additive contents on the adhesion grade of aggregate and asphalt are tested and compared by water-boiling method,then,the amount of anti-stripping additive is determined to be 0. 2%. With the 0. 2%anti-stripping additive content,the water stability of the mixture is significantly improved,and the design requirements are achieved,but the anti-rutting performance is rarely improved. Based on the 0. 2% antistripping additive content,the improvement effects of the anti-rutting performance of the mixture with 0. 2%,0. 4% and 0. 6% anti-rutting additive contents are compared through domestic rutting test. By comparing the dynamic stability indexes of the asphalt mixture with the 3 anti-rutting additive contents and the experience ofprojects in similar area,the anti-rutting additive content is determined to be 0. 4%,which can meet the design requirements of the anti-rutting performance and water stability of the mixture. Through repeated freezing-thawing cycle test and long-term immersion Marshall test,the water stability of the mixture with 0. 2%anti-stripping additive and 0. 4% anti-rutting additive under severe condition is tested. The immersive antirutting performance of the mixture with 0. 2% anti-stripping additive and 0. 4% anti-rutting additive is tested by the Hamburg rutting test. The test result shows that the crushed gravel asphalt mixture has excellent water stability and anti-rutting ability after adding 0. 2% anti-stripping additive and 0. 4% anti-rutting additive.
