摘　　要：文章通过半结构化访谈收集原始资料,利用扎根理论方法进行开放式编码、主轴编码和选择性编码,构建了由网络社群知识共享组织模式、知识共享服务模式、知识共享成员模式、知识共享价值模式所组成的网络社群知识共享模式。研究结果显示,知识共享组织模式是网络社群知识共享模式的基础,知识共享服务模式是网络社群知识共享模式的关键,知识共享成员模式是网络社群知识共享模式的载体,知识共享价值模式是网络社群知识共享模式不断演进的动力。研究的局限是所提出的网络社群知识共享模式之间的作用路径有待于用定量方法加以验证,访谈资料在整理过程中发生了信息的损失,导致概念和范畴在归纳中出现一定的偏差。This paper collects original data through semi - structured interviews, uses grounded theory to carry out open coding, spindle coding and selective coding, constructs a knowledge sharing mode with network community based on network community knowledge sharing organization mode, knowledge sharing service mode, knowledge sharing member mode and knowledge sharing value mode. The results show that the knowledge sharing organization mode is the basis of the network community knowledge-sharing mode. The knowledge sharing service mode is the key to the knowledge sharing mode of the network community. The knowledge sharing member mode is the carrier of the network community knowledge sharing mode. Knowledge-sharing value mode is the mode＇s sharing network community. Limitations are the path between the knowledge sharing evolving power in the knowledge mode of network community need to be verified by quantitative methods. The loss of information in the process of collating information leads to a certain deviation in the concept and category.
