草果知母汤及中医情志干预改善癫痫患者认知功能及生活质量效果研究

摘　　要：目的:观察草果知母汤及中医情志干预改善癫痫患者认知功能及生活质量效果。方法:选取我院2015年2月~2017年2月收治的114例癫痫患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将患者分成观察组与对照组,对照组(57例)常规临床干预,观察组(57例)则常规干预基础上给予患者草果知母汤及中医情志干预,对比两组患者干预后癫痫治疗效果、患者认知功能评分、癫痫发作次数、护理质量评分、汉密尔顿焦虑(HAMA)及抑郁(HAMD)量表评分、匹兹堡睡眠指数(PSQI)、患者生活质量评分(SF-36)及干预满意率。结果:观察组癫痫治疗有效率为98.25%,高于对照组87.72%,P<0.05;观察组干预后癫痫发作次数明显少于对照组,护理质量评分高于对照组,认知功能评分高于对照组,且观察组患者HAMA、HAMD及PSQI、SF-36量表评分均优于对照组,P<0.01;观察组干预满意率高达96.49%,明显高于对照组84.21%,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:草果知母汤及中医情志干预可提升癫痫患者护理水平,促进临床疗效,改善患者认知功能,降低癫痫发作次数,改善患者心理状态、睡眠质量、生活质量,提升患者满意率,值得推广应用。Objective： To explore the effect of applying Caoguo Zhimu Decociton combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional intervention on cognitive function and quality of life in treating patients with epilepsy. Methods ： Selected from February 2015to February 2015were 114epilepsy patients as the research object, took a random number table method, the patients were divided into observation group and controlled group, the controlled group （57cases） was given routine clinical intervention, the ob- servation group （57cases） was given Caoguo Zhimu Decociton combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional intervention on the basis of the controlled gorup, compared the two groups of patients with cognitive function in patients with epilepsy treatment effect after intervention, the scores, seizure frequency, nursing quality score, anxiety （HAMA） and Hamilton depression rating scale （HAMD）, Pittsburgh sleep index （PSQI）, patient quality of life scores （SF-36） and patient satisfaction and intervention. Results： The effective rate of epilepsy treatment was 98.25%, compared with 87.72% in the controlled group, P〈0. 05. Inter- vention after seizure frequency the observation group was obviously less than the controlled group, nursing quality score was higher than the controlled group, the cognitive function score was higher than the controlled group, and the observation group of patients with HAMA and HAMD and PSQI, SF-36scale scores were better than the controlled group, P〈0. 01 ; The intervention satisfac- tion rate of the observation group was 96.49%, significantly higher than 84. 21% in the controlled group, P〈0. 05, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： Caoguo Zhimu Decociton combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotion- al intervention can enhance the level of epileptic patient care and promote the clinical curative effect, improve cognitive function in patients, reduce the number of epileptic seizures, improve patients＇ psychological state, the
