摘  要:药物化学是建立在化学和生物学基础上,对药物的结构、活性及体内作用机理进行研究的一门学科。药物化学是药学专业的一门重要基础课,也是药学领域的带头学科。本文从创新教学理念、丰富多媒体资源、建立过程性课程考核体系等方面对药物化学课程的改革进行了探索。希望通过课程改革与实践,激发学生对药物化学学习的热情,培养其自主学习能力,使其更好地理解和掌握本学科的相关知识,为以后从事新药研发工作奠定理论基础。Pharmaceutical chemistry is a subject based on chemistry and biology and studies the structure, activity and mechanism of drugs. It is an important basic and leading course in pharmaceutical specialty. This paper explores the possibility of reforming the pharmaceutical chemistry course by adopting innovative teaching concepts, making use of rich multimedia resources and establishing a new course assessment system, hoping that the new curriculum and its implementation can arouse the students' enthusiasm for pharmaceutical chemistry learning, cultivate their independent learning abilities, help them to have a better understand and mastery of the relevant knowledge of medicinal chemistry,and thus lay a solid theoretical foundation for their future work and research in developing new drugs.
