摘  要:文章利用通用有限元软件ANSYS分析了箱形深基础对高层建筑抗震性能的影响。首先,建立2种模型,即刚性地基假定下的上部结构模型和考虑动力相互作用的上部结构-箱基-地基整体模型;然后进行静态分析,验证有限元模型的合理性;最后输入El-Centro波、Kobe波和上海人工波作为激励,分别对模型进行时程分析,定量探讨2种模型的层间位移、顶层加速度以及基底剪力的区别。结果表明:箱形深基础的存在,使得高层建筑在不同地震激励下的薄弱层位置有所改变,大致会上升1~2层,且变形有所加剧;高层建筑在考虑箱形深基础时,其地震中顶点加速度的放大倍数有所增加;刚性地基假定下高层建筑的抗震设计整体上偏于保守,局部又不安全,考虑地基-箱形基础-上部结构的动力相互作用更符合实际情况。分析结果为实例工程的后续抗震优化设计提供了重要的理论依据,同时对上部结构-基础-地基整个结构体系动力相互作用的研究具有一定的参考意义。The influence of box deep foundation on seismic performance of high-rise buildings was analyzed by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS.Firstly,two models were established,one was superstructure model under the assumption of rigid foundation,another was the whole model of the superstructure-box foundation-foundation considering dynamic interaction.Then the static analysis was conducted to verify the rationality of the finite element model.Finally,the time history analysis was carried out by inputing El-Centro wave,Kobe wave and Shanghai artificial wave and the differences of the inter-layer displacement,vertex acceleration and base shear between two models were discussed quantitatively.The results showed that the weak layer of the high-rise building rose 1-2 layer in different seismic excitation considering the box foundation and the deformation increased;the amplification factor of the vertex acceleration of the high-rise building in the earthquake increased when the box foundation was considered;the seismic design of high-rise buildings under the assumption of rigid foundation tended to be conservative overall and unsafe partially,while it was more in line with the actual situation considering the foundation-box foundation-superstructure dynamic interaction.The study can provide theoretical basis for the subsequent seismic optimization design of the engineer-ing project and reference for the research on the superstructure-box foundation-foundation dynamic interaction.
