摘 要:依据经济领域中供给侧研究的内涵,结合高校体育教学特点,提出了高校体育教学供给侧要素及供给侧改革内涵,并以此规划高校体育教学中的供给侧改革思路:供给主体应各司其职、协调一致;供给内容不仅要满足需求,还要创造需求;供给方式上方法综合化、形式多样化;供给途径讲求载体信息化、工具现代化;供给环境方面须注重文化传承、完善制度建设。并在改革思路的基础上,提出了4个高校体育教学供给侧改革实施路径:正确认识体育教学工作,建立供给主体协同改革推进机制;以培养学生体育自主学习能力为中心,推进体育教学模式的供给侧改革;以优化体育课程内容为重点,推进体育教学供给侧结构性改革;构建科学的教师职后培养体系,打造创新型团队,推进体育教师队伍供给侧改革。According to the connotation of supply side research, combined with the characteristics of physical education in Colleges and universities, puts forward the connotation of the supply side and the supply side reform of College Physical Education: The main body of supply should perform their duties and coordinate with each othe; The supply should not only meet the demand, but also create demand; The methods of supply are integrated and diversified; Supply way emphasizes carrier informatization and tool modernization; Supply en- vironment should pay attention to cultural heritage, improve the system construction. And on the basis of the reform ideas, put forward four colleges and universities sports teaching supply side reform implementation path: Correctly understand the teaching of physical edu- cation, set up the main body of supply, coordinate the reform and push forward the mechanism. Takin~ the cultivation of students' inde- pendent learning ability as the center, promoting the supply side reform of PE teaching mode; Focusing on optimizing the content of physical education curriculum, promoting the structural reform of the supply side of Physical Education Teaching; Constructing a scien- tific teacher training system, creating an innovative team and promoting the reform of the supply side of Physical Education Teachers.
