摘  要:对一种基于多准直光束的六自由度测量方法的测量精度进行研究。该方法通过固定在被测物体上的多个光纤准直器发出准直光束,入射到固定在不动物体上的面阵CCD相机,系统主控单元控制各光纤准直器相继发光,并分别采集对应CCD相机上的光点图像,根据CCD相机上光点位置的变化计算出被测物体六自由度位移。论文采用理论分析和软件仿真相结合的方法对六自由度测量方法中准直光束的各种参数对系统测量精度的影响进行了研究。研究结果表明:系统中准直光束的数量越多,光学准直系统的随机误差越小,系统测量结果的误差越小;系统的准直光束以不同方向入射到CCD相机上,且适当增加准直光束的入射角度,能够提高系统测量精度。论文的研究初步建立了基于多准直光束的六自由度测量系统中准直光束参数对测量精度的影响模型,为六自由度测量系统的高精度设计提供了理论基础。In 6-DOF measurement method, collimated-beams from the multi-fiber collimators fixed on the measured object are incident on the fixed array CCD cameras. The MCU of the system controls the collimators and collects the spot images on the CCD cameras. The 6-DOF displacement of the measurement object is calculated on the basis of the change of the spot location on the CCD camera. In this paper,the influence of collimated-beam parameters on the measurement accuracy in 6-DOF measurement method is studied by using theoretical analysis and software simulation. The results of theoretical analysis and software simulation shows that the more collimated-beams are,the smaller random error of the optical collimation system is. And the measurement accuracy of the system can be improved when the collimated-beams are incident on the CCD cameras in different directions and their incident angles are appropriately increased. The model of the influence of collimated-beam parameters on the measurement accuracy of the system is preliminarily established. The established model provides a theoretical basis for the high-accuracy 6-DOF measurement system based on multi-collimated beams.
