摘 要:在强载荷作用下,大采高工作面开采易发生漏矸和冒顶片帮等灾害,严重制约矿井安全生产。针对煤岩结构失稳难题,归纳了开采扰动诱发片帮的4种类型,揭示顶板结构、煤壁失稳机制,提出了"内部耦合+外部约束"协同控制方法。内部耦合调控包括施工锚杆与锚索、注浆、疏放水减弱煤岩变形等。煤岩体外部约束调控包括片帮冒落控制、单体液压支柱配合护帮板支护及支架载荷、开采高度调整等。工程实践表明,煤岩体内外部控制方案减少了煤岩体灾变概率,实现了安全开采。Under the action of strong load, large mining face is prone to the occurrence of disasters such as roof collapse and coal wall spalling, which seriously restricts the safety of coal mines. Aiming at the problem of instability of coal and rock structure, four types of mining induced disturbance are summarized, which reveals the roof structure and the instability mechanism of coal wall.A coordinated control method of"internal coupling + external constraint "is proposed. The internal coupling control method includes construction bolt, anchor cable, dredging water to reduce the deformation of coal rock. The methods of external restriction and constraint control of coal rock include working face and roof control, single hydraulic prop supporting the support plate,support load and mining height adjustment. Engineering practice shows that the internal and external control scheme of coal and rock reduces the probability of coal and rock mass disaster and realizes safe mining.
