腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤有效性和安全性评价

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤的疗效以及安全性。方法随机抽选我院妇科2016年8月至2017年8月期间收治卵巢良性肿瘤患者67例进行研究,按照就诊先后前后随机分为对照组33例和观察组34例,对照组患者实施常规开腹手术治疗,观察组患者腹腔镜手术治疗,对比分析两组患者临床疗效、手术时间、术中出血量、肛门排气时间、住院时间以及并发症发生率等情况。结果观察组患者临床疗效相对于对照组较高(P<0.05),观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、肛门排气时间、住院时间由于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者并发症发生率相对于对照组较低(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤疗效显著,安全性较高,可有效缩短住院时间,且并发症发生率较低,有助于提高患者的生活质量,提高患者满意度,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得进一步推广。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of laparoscopy in the treatment of benign ovarian tumors.Methods Randomly selected in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were treated 67 cases of benign ovarian tumors were studied before and after in clinic were randomly divided into control group of 33 cases and 34 cases in the observation group,control the implementation of routine laparotomy in the treatment group,the observation group of patients with abdominal surgery treatment,compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect,surgery time,amount of bleeding,anal exhaust time,hospitalization time and incidence rate of complications. Results The clinical curative effect of observation group were higher than the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）,the operative time,the observation group in the amount of bleeding,anal exhaust time,hospitalization time of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The complication rate in the observation group were lower than the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The curative effect of laparoscopic surgery for benign ovarian tumors is significant,high safety,can effectively shorten the time of hospitalization,and the incidence of complications is low,help to improve the quality of life of patients,improve the satisfaction of patients,with a high clinical value,worthy of further promotion.
