康复新液联合雷贝拉唑治疗老年消化性溃疡的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察康复新液联合雷贝拉唑治疗老年消化性溃疡(PU)的效果。方法选择医院2014年1月-2017年1月收治的老年PU患者400例,随机分为联合组与单药组各200例。单药组给予雷贝拉唑治疗,联合组在单药组基础上给予康复新液治疗,比较2组治疗效果。结果联合组总有效率为97.5%高于单药组的83.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前2组溃疡径长及症状评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组溃疡径长及症状评分均降低,且联合组低于单药组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复新液联合雷贝拉唑治疗老年PU的效果满意,可明显缩小溃疡径长,缓解临床症状,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effect of Kangfuxin liquid combined with rabeprazole in the treatment of elderly patients with peptic ulcer. Methods 400 cases of elderly patients with peptic ulcer in the hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were selected,and they were randomly divided into combined group（ 200 cases） and single drug group（ 200 cases）,The single drug group was given rabeprazole,the combined group was given Kangfuxin liquid on the basis of single drug group,the treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the combined group（ 97. 5%） was higher than that of the single drug group（ 83. 0%）,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in length and symptom scores between the two groups before treatment（ P〉0. 05）; After treatment,ulcer length and symptom scores of two groups were reduced,and the combined group was lower than that of the single drug group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The effect of Kangfuxin liquid combined with rabeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer in the aged is satisfactory,which can significantly reduce the length of ulceration and relieve clinical symptoms,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
