摘　　要：生物医药是北京重点发展的战略性新兴产业之一,高端创新创业人才是推动生物医药产业创新发展的核心动力。本文以北京G20企业高端创新创业人才为样本分析了生物医药高端创新创业人才的特征,提出应基于生物医药领域高端创新创业人才的素质特征和创新行为特点进行人才的发现和遴选。Bio-pharmaceutical industry is one of the emerging industries of strategic importance in Beijing. The high-end talents of innovation and entrepreneurship are the motive force of innovation and development in bio-pharmaceutical industry. The paper defines the basic concept of the high-end talents of innovation and entrepreneurship who grew up in market economy conditions. The paper analyzes the characters of the high-end talents of innovation and entrepreneurship in bio-pharmaceutical industry in Beijing. The paper puts forward the suggestions how to optimize the discovery and selection system about the high-end talents of innovation and entrepreneurship in bio-pharmaceutical industry in Beijing.
