摘　　要：目的:了解南京某高校大学生心肺复苏(cardio-pulmonary resuscitation,CPR)技能知晓现状及影响因素。方法:采用问卷调查法对南京某高校的468名大学二年级学生进行调查并进行统计分析。结果:该校大学生对CPR技能知识知晓率较低,单因素分析显示不同性别、不同专业的大学生,CPR技能知识知晓率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同生源地以及是否参加过社会机构组织的CPR培训的大学生技能知识知晓率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同培训时间(参加培训距今的时间)大学生CPR技能知识知晓率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:应重视高校CPR普及宣传工作,开展CPR培训,提高大学生急救知识知晓率。Objective：To understand the awareness status and influencing factors of cardio-pulmonaryresuscitation（CPR）in college students in a university of Nanjing. Methods： A method of questionnaire surveywas conducted for 468 sophomore students in a university of Nanjing and statistical analysis was performed.Results： The college students＇ awareness rate of CPR skills was low. Single factor analysis showed no statisticalsignificance in the awareness rate of CPR skills among students with different genders and different majors（P〈0.05）. The awareness rate of CPR skills among students from different source places and whether the studentshad participated in CPR training of social organizations had statistical significance（P〉0.01）. The awareness rateof CPR skills among students who participate in the training of different time periods was of statistical significance（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： We should pay attention to the popularization and publicity of CPR in colleges anduniversities, carry out CPR training, and raise the awareness rate of university students＇ first-aid knowledge.
