N~+束诱变双胚苗水稻再生植株的米质分析

摘  要:为了加快优质水稻的选育,将离子束生物技术和无性系技术相结合,以低能N+束注入诱变所得同源四倍体双胚苗突变水稻的再生植株种子和实生后代种子为研究材料,对其稻米品质进行了初步研究。研究结果表明,再生植株的糙米率低,垩白度高,蒸煮品质差,米粒横断面呈辐射状,上面的裂痕多,胚乳细胞发育不良,淀粉粒排列疏松且间隙大,相对结晶度低;而实生植株的整精米率和胶稠度高,垩白度和直链淀粉含量低,米粒横断面上没有显著的辐射状,裂痕浅,淀粉粒呈现典型的晶体结构,发育较好,相对结晶度高。可见,无性系能够加速稻米品质的变异,为水稻育种提供帮助。In order to speed up the breeding of high quality rice,ion beam bio-technology and clone technology was combined.The research preliminarily studied the rice quality based on the test materials of actual offspring seedling and regenerated plant seedling which was obtained through the infusion of N~+ion beam in low energy into the autotetraploid twin-embryo seedling mutant rice.The results showed that regeneration plant had low brown rice rate,and high chalkiness as well as poor cooking quality.There were significant radiation and large gap in the middle of cross-section area.Furthermore,endosperm cell developed abnormally.The starch granules were loose arranged and had large clearances.The relative crystallinity was low.Meanwhile,seedling progeny rice seed had high percentage of milled rice and gum consistency,and low chalkiness and amylose content.There was no significant radiation in the middle of cross-section area and the crack was shallow.The starch granules developed well and presented a typical crystal structure with high relative crystallinity.It could be seen that clones rice could accelerate the variation of rice quality and might provide guidance for rice breeding.
