家庭亲密度和适应性对学龄期哮喘儿童行为问题的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨家庭亲密度和适应性对学龄期哮喘儿童行为问题的影响。方法：选择2014年12月-2017年8月宜宾市第一人民医院儿科收治的学龄期哮喘儿童168例为哮喘组,采用Achenbach儿童行为评定量表（CBCL）对哮喘组和40例正常儿童（对照组）进行评估。采用家庭亲密度和适应性量表中文版（FACESII-CV）对学龄期哮喘患儿父母进行评估。结果：学龄期哮喘儿童行为问题总检出率为35.12%,高于对照组（χ~2=5.672,P〈0.05）。哮喘组社会能力总分低于对照组,行为问题总粗分高于对照组（t=13.765,6.549;P〈0.05）;缠结型和亲密型家庭学龄期哮喘儿童社会能力评分高于松散型和自由型家庭,行为问题总粗分和行为问题检出率低于松散型和自由型家庭（F=26.635,31.726,χ~2=24.235,P〈0.05）;不同类型适应性水平家庭学龄期哮喘儿童社会能力评分、行为问题总分和行为问题检出率组间比较差异有统计学意义（F=21.193,32.854;χ~2=27.567,P〈0.05）;家庭亲密度和适应性与学龄期哮喘儿童社会能力呈正相关,与行为问题呈负相关（r=0.159~0.425,P〈0.05）。结论：学龄期哮喘儿童的行为问题与家庭亲密度和适应性密切相关。Objective：To explore the effect of family cohesion and adaptability on behavior problems of school-age children with asthma.Methods：From December 2014 to August 2017,a total of 168 school-age children with asthma were selected in department of Pediatrics of Yibin First People＇s Hospital.Child behavior checklist was used to assess the children with asthma and 40 normal children（control group）.Family Adaptability and CohesionScale,Second Edition,Chinese version was used to assess parent of school-age children with asthma.Results：The total detection rate of behavior problems in school-age children with asthma was 35.12%,higher than that of the control group（χ~2=5.672,P〈0.05）;The total score of social ability in asthma group was lower than that in control group,and the total score of behavior problem was higher than that of control group（t=13.765,6.549;P〈0.05）;Social ability score of school-age children with asthma in entanglement type and intimate family was higher than that of of the loose type and free type family,and behavioral problems total score and the incidence of behavior problems in the entanglement type and intimate family was lower than that of the loose type and free type family（F =26.635,31.726,χ~2=24.235,P〈0.05）;There were significant differences in the scores of children＇s social competence,behavioral problems,gross scores and behavior problems among different types of adaptive family school-age children with asthma（F=21.193,32.854,χ~2=27.567,P〈0.05）;Family cohesion and adaptability were positively related to social ability score of school-age children with asthma,and negatively related to behavior problems（r=0.159~0.425,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The behavioral problems of school-age children with asthma are closely related to family cohesion and adaptability.
