摘　　要：长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNAs,Lnc RNAs)的发现改变了我们对转录和转录后调控的认识。随着高通量测序等新技术的发展,Lnc RNAs已成为癌症研究的焦点,Lnc RNAs的生物学功能逐渐得到了解,多项研究表明,Lnc RNAs可直接或间接地调节基因表达以及细胞生物学功能。Lnc RNAs的组织特异性表达特征可用于区分正常组织与乳腺癌组织以及肿瘤发展的不同阶段,提示Lnc RNAs有望为乳腺癌的早期诊断、疗效预测以及治疗提供新的分子靶标。因此,该文就Lnc RNAs的功能以及在乳腺癌中的研究现状进行综述。The discovery of long non-coding RNAs（Lnc RNAs） have changed our understanding of transcription and post-transcriptional regulation. With the development of new technologies such as high-throughput sequencing, Lnc RNAs have become the focus of cancer research. The biological functions of Lnc RNAs have been gradually understood. Several studies have shown that Lnc RNAs can directly or indirectly regulate gene expression and cell biological functions. The tissue-specific expression features of lnc RNAs can be used to distinguish between normal and breast cancer tissues, as well as different stages of tumor development, suggesting that Lnc RNAs are expected to provide new molecular targets for early diagnosis, therapeutic efficacy prediction, and treatment of breast cancer. Therefore, this article reviews the function of Lnc RNAs and the research status in breast cancer.
