摘 要:学前教育专业学生职业心理素质是指与幼师职业发展密切相关的将来从事幼师职业不可缺少的基本素质,其心理素质结构维度包含职业个性、职业情感、职业适应性。学前教育专业学生职业心理素质测量工具由一阶7因子37个题项组成。总量表Cronbachα=0.897,分半信度为0.736,表明量表具有较好的信、效度,可广泛用于学前教育专业学生职业心理素质测量,为学前教育专业学生职业心理素质教育及相关研究提供依据,也可为幼师职业有关单位选人用人提供依据。The professional psychological quality of the students majoring in preschool education refers to the basic and indispensable competencies closely related to their professional development in the future. These competencies include professional personality, professional emotion and professional adaptability, and a oneordered scale can be used to measure them, which is composed of 7 factors and 37 items. For the total scale, the value of Cronbach alpha is 0.897 and the coefficient of splithalf reliability is 0.736, which shows that the scale has good reliability and validity. It can be widely used to measure the students’ professional psychological quality, and provide a basis for the cultivation and research of the students’ professional psychological quality and for teacher recruitment by relevant schools.
